I had an amazing experience with CFP as an egg donor. I was a previous donor with another clinic and hands down I felt the most cared for with CFP. The nurses were on top of everything, I had an after hours nurse I could call, the front desk was amazing, and I loved their labs team. Every interaction I had at the clinic was positive.I had Dr. Ringler and he was fantastic. He made me feel incredibly taken care of and I knew he wanted to do things perfectly.While I liked the other clinic I donated at as well, I feel in comparison CFP was on top of everything and overall has amazing staff. I would highly recommend this clinic as a donor :)

Thank you SO much Dr. Marrs and CFP team for helping us finally become parents! We welcomed our perfect baby boy in March and couldnt be more grateful.We started working with CFP in January of 2023 after two years of cycle cancellations and a failed transfer at another clinic. With Dr. Marrs help, I was pregnant by July and we have four more healthy embryos on ice to try for kiddo number two.Unlike some of the other reviews, we had a perfectly pleasant experience with the front desk staff. It was a bit of a wait to schedule our initial appointment because Dr. Marrs wanted to review our file before accepting us as patients. When we arrived at our consult he basically had the entire 100-page document memorized and had a full plan for what hed change to help us be successful with his protocol.We never waited more than 10 minutes past our appointment time to see Dr. Marrs (and once for Dr. Ringler when Dr. Marrs was out). In fact, we were often seen before our appointment time and we were able to complete the appointment and the necessary blood draws before our appointment would have even started with any other doctor.Our nurses, Nava and April, were wonderful, kind and incredibly helpful. We also had an amazing experience with the embryology director, Mitch. We emailed the lab with a few questions after our retrieval and he was kind enough to email us back directly.We are so grateful for all your help! Thank you!

Share the same experience as the other reviewers about the staff at this clinic. Dr. Chung was referred by one of my physicians. I tried to make an appointment with her and after filling out an extensive questionnaire, was told that they had policies in place where they could not accept me as a patient. Fair enough, but once that happened, they were unhelpful in responding to follow up questions and her staff is now harassing me with phone calls about how I have not responded to their attempts to contact me even though I have been emailing with Dr. Chungs patient coordinator. Ive now asked them several times to stop contacting me.By contrast, the intake other physician that was referred to me has been phenomenal. I spent an hour on the phone with them and they answered every single question I had. Plus, the reasons why Dr. Chung would not accept did not deter them at all. I actually feel grateful that Dr. Chung did not accept me as a patient.

Doctor Chung is phenomenal.But the front desk staff were unorganized, rude, and unhelpful. This is a very intensive experience and the staff should be more on top of it when it comes to appointments, billing, and bedside manner. Make sure to double check all your documents as I found multiple mistakes in mine and had to follow up with corrections. It took me about 6 months from consultation to retrieval mostly because of the daunting experience that was the front desk.

Dr. March is the best physician you could ever have. Dr. March was my doctor beginning in the 1980s, and is the standard that I hold all physicians to aspire to be.There will never be another doctor of his caliber. You will be able to put your complete trust, and confidence in him.I was able to relax, not fear regular appointments, or procedures. I recommended Dr. March to my mother, and daughter, who both thought him absolutely patient, kind, a remarkable story-teller and uplifting.Vivienne Gray

The doctors are great, but the nurses and front desk staff are awful. First time I am in a doctors office and I need to wait over 45min to see a nurse and only 10min to see a doctor. The front desk staff is rude and unhelpful. It’s such a shame that it’s run so poorly cause it could be a great clinic.

I cannot express enough gratitude for Dr. Kelly Baek and her exceptional care. After four rounds of failed IVF treatment with another doctor, I was feeling hopeless. That all changed when I met Dr. Baek. She was the first person who truly understood what was wrong and why my embryos weren’t implanting.I had undergone polyp and cyst removal surgeries to create the perfect environment for my embryos, but unfortunately, those procedures led to complications. I lost blood circulation to my uterus, and previous doctors failed to catch this issue before proceeding with my IVF journey. It was incredibly disheartening.From my first appointment with Dr. Baek, I could see that she genuinely cares about her patients. She took the time to conduct thorough testing and never rushed the process. Her approach was methodical, and she only recommended transferring when my body was truly ready.After a year of working with Dr. Baek, I am overjoyed to share that I am finally pregnant!
